NXT Move DFW - LEAD Team
Jurie Kriel leads the NXT Move global community from Austin, Texas, alongside his wife, Karin, as part of the leadership at Shoreline Church. Their mission is to gather Christian leaders to reverse the negative trajectory of Christianity in the next generation by fostering collaboration and overcoming siloed thinking. He also serves as the Global Director of Collaboration for the Lausanne Movement.
Mark Alexander Is The Director Of DFW Initiatives For NXT Move, Previously Serving As Executive Director Of Movement | DFW Before It Merged With NXT Move In 2024. He Is Dedicated To Uniting The Church And Christian Community To Support The Next Generation's Spiritual Journey. Before This Role, Mark Was CFO At Big Brothers Big Sisters Of America And Has A Substantial Background In The Technology And Software Industry. He Has Served On The Boards Of NXT Move, First Texoma Bank, And Literacy Achieves. Mark And His Wife Julie Are Members Of Watermark Community Church In Dallas, Texas, And Have Three Children And Seven Grandchildren.
Is The Director Of DFW Community Engagement, With Over 20 Years Of Experience In Youth Ministry Across Latin America And The USA. He Is Dedicated To Making The Church Relevant To New Generations And Training Pastors And Youth Leaders Worldwide. Miguel Has Served As A Local Church Pastor And Collaborated With Various Organizations Focused On Reaching The Next Generation. He Holds An MBA In Project Management From Dallas Baptist University. Miguel Is Married To Paulina, And They Have Two Children, Benjamin And Florencia, Living In The DFW Area Of Texas.
