Debbie longs for every teen in the world to have an opportunity to respond to the Gospel.

Over the last three decades, she has served as Executive Director, Executive Vice President of Ministry Advancement, and most recently, President for over nine years. In November of 2024, Debbie assumed the role of Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships, leading a new initiative for exponential impact through Kingdom collaboration commissioned by Dare 2 Share's board of directors. She counts it an honor to pioneer something with so much potential for reaching the next generation. Debbie’s passion and commitment are rooted in the fact that she was missing hope and purpose as a teenager. She longs for every teen in the world to have an opportunity to respond to the Gospel and wholeheartedly believes that we must work together to mobilize this generation to reach their friends in order to accomplish this vision.
